It is a tradition at Central College for the senior class to decide on a gift to improve an area of the campus and raise the funds to do so. The Class of 2018 has decided to fund a Veterans' Memorial as one of the features of the soon-to-be-updated Peace Mall.
The goal of this particular project is to raise $10,000 for the purchase of the stone marker and its maintenance. The senior class has put together on-campus fundraising efforts, but need your help to make goal.
In the end, we hope this project will not only show the never-ending connection alumni have to Central, but also show the bond between past, present, and future students—and what better place to do this than Peace Mall? We truly believe this project reaps numerous benefits and will be something that will not only serve as a marker for the class but also as something that truly brings more light and life to Central’s already beautiful appearance.
