Central College’s Pin-to-Win Challenge Making an Impact!

I’m Landon Williams, midway through my second year as head men’s wrestling coach at Central College. With 46 wrestlers and the support of an exceptional coaching and support staff, we’re building something special at Central. Currently ranked 9th in the country in the NWCA dual rankings, our team is competing through a demanding national schedule in one of the toughest conferences in Division III.

Season Highlights and Upcoming Events:

  • Currently undefeated in the A-R-C with wins over Nebraska Wesleyan and Coe College
  • Hosted the Under Armour Invitational featuring 16 teams and 275 wrestlers
  • Attended NWCA National Duals at the UNI Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa
  • Hosting Luther College Tuesday, February 3 broadcasting on Iowa Public Television
  • Attending Regional 6 – February 27-28 in Dubuque, Iowa
  • NCAA Div. III Nationals – March13-14 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa


As we get into the heart of the season, we’re excited to announce our annual Pin-to-Win Challenge. This year’s goal is to raise $15,000 and we need your help! Your gifts will help us:

  • Improve travel and competition schedules

  • Expand our coaching staff
