Journey Scholarship 48-Hour Challenge

UPDATE: 

Our donors never back down from a challenge and, as a result, we have already reached our goal of $50,000 with $50,000 in matching funds for a total of $100,000! Yeah, Dutch!  

Even more exciting, we are rolling out an additional $27,500 in matching funds! Meaning when we raise another $27,500, we'll receive $27,500 giving us a total of $155,000 for the Journey Scholarship Fund.

Central College just isn’t the same without our students. That’s why we’re so excited to welcome them back to campus including another large class of first-year and transfer students!

Now, more than ever, donor support for the Journey Scholarship makes a big difference. Last year, we awarded 640 journey scholarships. That's more than half of all Central students!

With your help, we can offer even more awards, helping current and incoming students pursue their dreams and experience everything Central has to offer.

To start our new year on the right path, we’re launching a 48-hour giving challenge. During this time, all gifts up to $50,000 will be matched – doubling your impact! Gifts of all sizes help unlock support from our generous lead donors.

Your gift – whether $25, $100 or $500 – will directly support students, so join us August 25 to August 27 for a great start to another year at Central!
