The Long Drive 2019

Wow! What a year it’s been for the Central College women’s golf team! It seems like yesterday we were holding the conference championship trophy and heading to Houston for the 2019 NCAA Division III Women’s Golf Championships. Although our team will not be returning to the tournament this spring, we have a new trip to be excited about. This May, we will be traveling with the Central men’s golf team, family and friends to Scotland to enjoy some golf and to explore another culture!

Over the years, through the generosity of supporters like you, we have been able to provide our student-athletes with the best equipment and golf gear, and most important, an amazing annual spring golf trip. That trip serves as a highlight for many of our players. This year we look to provide an even greater experience — and lifelong memories — by traveling abroad for the first time in program history!

This first-of-its-kind type of trip will require more funding than past years. Your generous support will make a big difference in making this international trip a reality. As we make our preparations, we hope you’ll consider supporting Central’s women’s golf team by making a gift to our “Long Drive” campaign. Gifts of all sizes, whether $50 or $500, will help us reach our $5,000 goal!
